Nick has wanted to be a builder for as long as he can remember; he may even have the childhood artwork to prove it. He loves learning; his favorite magazines and books are always instructional about a new product or business practice. He has a strong interest in construction science and an unwavering commitment to historic preservation. He has served on several local boards to give back to the community. Nick has lots of hobbies, and sometimes wishes there was more time in the day to do them, but he loves any opportunity to garden, cook, sail and golf. You can find Nick most Saturday mornings proudly cheering on his kids at the soccer field or basketball court.

Catherine loves design and thinking about how spaces will function best for clients. She has a passion for listening and collaborating with clients to bring their dreams to fruition. She finds her favorite design inspiration while traveling and discovering new places. In the office, she loves being a cheerleader for the team and celebrating successes and special occasions like birthdays and work anniversaries. When not in the office or picking out selections with clients, you can find her up early in the morning, soaking in every minute with family and friends.

Erik’s role involves estimating and managing the design schedule. He is an awesome team player; always willing to help others and very hard-working. He is tech savvy and has an excellent capacity to learn new things. In his free time, Erik loves to bike and surf. Fun fact: Erik wanted to be a pro-surfer but we’re all quietly happy that didn’t work out because the team would miss him too much.

Eleanor graduated from SCAD in 2010 with her design degree and spent several years working at large design firms in NYC before eventually making Wilmington her home. Eleanor is our team’s 3D modeling guru; she’s meticulous and imaginative with all of her designs. She believes creativity can be explored in all aspects of everyday life. When she’s not at work making design dreams come true, you can find Eleanor hiking, camping or at the park with her family. She’s a bit of a girl scout to boot – she can cook over a fire and tie a pretty mean knot.

Kathleen always goes the extra mile for clients and has never encountered a problem she couldn’t solve. Voted most likely to make you smile; Kathleen is honest, trustworthy and highly regarded by clients, teammates and trade partners. She is a loving dog mom to her own pups and always excited to see our resident office dog, Holly. Alzheimer’s research is a cause near and dear to Kathleen’s heart so when you donate to this very deserving cause, please know that Kathleen is giving you a virtual high five.

Ashley has cost coding and financials in her blood. Ashley is an accountant with a master’s degree. She married an accountant and came from a family of accountants including three sisters and her father. When not crunching numbers, she loves to read and travel with family. She’s a busy and loving mom, as well as an avid runner. Ashley’s current hero is the famous marathon runner: Keira D’Amato.
