Project Discovery
Our process starts with a brief phone call. We want to hear all about your project and if it sounds like we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a time to visit your home. During the home visit, we’ll discuss your main objectives, learn how much you would like to invest in your house and talk through the details of our process. We’ll take all of the information gathered at this meeting and put together a Design Agreement for your review.
Step 2
Initial Design & Budget Development
Arriving at a great set of plans is a multi-step process but the successful execution of these early steps sets a strong foundation for overall success. Our team will measure your current space and interview you to understand your goals and prioritize your objectives. Once we have a solid understanding of you goals and direction for the project, we’ll propose a new floor plan concept and pair it with an expected investment range.

Step 3
Full Design
Full design is where we really dive into the aesthetic goals and dial in the details. We’ll produce 3D models and guide you through selecting your finishes. Our team is talented at listening to your needs and recommending a fit and finish that completes your vision. With a completely developed plan in place, we’ll get to work preparing final construction pricing.

Step 4
Pre-Construction
This is the final stage of planning before we move into construction. We finalize construction documents, meet with our production department, apply for permits and order any long lead time materials.

Step 5
Construction
Production is in full swing! Your dedicated project manager will meet with you once a week and be onsite everyday managing your project. You’ll have access to a customized client portal to look at pictures, daily logs, and the project schedule.

Step 6
Project Completion
It’s time for the finishing touches and to turn the space back over to you. Before we do, we will ensure every last knob is installed and paint touch-up complete. We love the excitement and tangible nature of what we do, and we can’t wait for you to live in and experience your new and improved space.
Key Steps
- Review the contract scope to catch any outstanding items
- Walk through the space with you to ensure there are no loose ends
- Deliver our Project Completion Binder with warranty, use and care information.
