Position: Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Overview


The Marketing and Administrative Coordinator is a dynamic role incorporating internal and external marketing, inside sales and various office management duties. This position will assist the team with creating and promoting awareness of our company in our local community, as well as cultivating our brand internally for our team members.

Some of your responsibilities will include implementing marketing strategies and creating promotional content – both digital and print, as well as representing our brand on initial communications as the first step of our project discovery process.

The Marketing and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for various office and administrative duties including acting as the director of first impressions and greeting clients that stop by the office in person. Major Responsibilities


  • Manage lead Intake Program: Answer incoming calls, document and pass details to sales person
  • Execute annual marketing plan and the various related initiatives
  • Manage Product Intake Program: Receive, open, inspect and catalog new product in storage area
  • Document Preparation
  • Assist with team events – birthdays, ordering food for team lunches, employee appreciation

  • Assist with client events – creative ideas and planning
  • Manage and Track sub-contractor appreciation program
  • Keep the office well stocked including ordering office supplies and snacks for the team
  • Maintain office appearance and functionality– plants are watered, printers are working, etc.
  • Special additional projects when needed

Optimal Qualities and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications field
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ideal candidates will be creative, positive and energetic

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think ahead and plan strategically
  • Collaborate well in a team environment
  • Strong ability to multitask and progress multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be proficient in basic Microsoft and Google based programs; experience in graphic design is beneficial

Ideal Hours


  • 9am – 1pm; Monday – Friday

Compensation


  • $20 – 25 per hour
